Precision on Point

As part of the new Nike Phantom GX campaign, we created a series of disruptive events across Manchester and Barcelona, bringing elite athletes and Nike members together through a festival themed entirely around Precision.

Taking inspiration from the Phantom GX’s positioning as the best boot for goalscoring and precise play; every touchpoint of the event was tailored around precision.

Erling Haaland and Alexia Putellas – two athletes at the top of their game when it comes to goal-scoring – dropped in to unveil the Phantom boots and answer questions from young audience members.

For the Barcelona event, Nike members and media partners were invited to try out the Phantom GX and put their own precision skills to the test through a series of interactive challenges.

Alexia Putellas – Barcelona Femini captain and all time top goalscorer – answered questions from the audience, before unveiling the latest limited edition Phantom GX model – named the ‘Barna Boot’ – which features designs inspired by the city of Barcelona.

The Manchester event saw Erling Haaland drop by and surprise local young fans and players. He answered questions about precision from the audience before inviting five lucky audience members to take part in a precision carnival challenge with him.

To announce him as the face of the Precision on Point campaign, a giant projection of Erling Haaland was wrapped around the 295 ft Arndale Building in Manchester’s City Centre – taking over the city.
